CLE Connecticut 54x6 is the shaped, signature size of the CLE line. It carries Ecuadorian Connecticut shade over a Honduran binder and filler, rolled by hand in Honduras at the factory formerly known as El Aladino. The name "11/18" comes from the birthday of Christian Eiroa's mother, November 18. A box holds 25 cigars, priced at $194.99 against a $324.98 list price, which works out to roughly $7.80 per cigar.

The size is 6 inches long and swells to a 54 ring gauge in the middle, with a narrower head and foot. That shape does real work: it gives you a tight, more concentrated start and then a fuller middle. A published review scored it 96 and called it "an epic Connecticut," noting honey, apricot and cedar from the first draw and a buttery richness at the end. Despite the layered flavors, the same review describes the strength as mild.
