Cyrilla Kings Maduro Cigars - Box Of 25

The top of the Cyrilla Maduro range: dark, toasty and mild, at about $1.84 a cigar.

Cyrilla Kings Maduro sits at the top of the Cyrilla range, alongside Senators, in the dark wrapper. It carries a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Dominican and Honduran binder and filler. A box holds 25 cigars, priced at $45.99 against a $76.65 list price.

The Maduro wrapper gives this cigar a darker, toastier and slightly sweeter character than the Natural, while the blend stays mild. That makes it an easy after-dinner cigar. It pairs with coffee and with darker, richer flavors that would overwhelm a Natural. Dark chocolate and a slow cup of coffee are the natural matches.

These are machine-made cigars, built for consistency and a low cost per cigar. They are not hand-rolled, and they are made for easy smoking. The Cyrilla name goes back to the early 1900s, from Chicago to Tampa, and is now held by Arango Cigar Co.
