Al Fakher Mint with Cream Hookah Shisha - 10 Packs of 50g

Al Fakher Mint with Cream pairs genuinely fresh mint with a creamy, sweet finish, distinct from both the brand's plain Mint (a sweetened mint extract) and its Gum with Mint (a spearmint-gum character). This is worth knowing upfront, since Al Fakher's mint lineup has real overlap in naming, and this specific version is the one built around a mint-and-cream combination rather than a candy-gum profile.

It's fair to say this flavor has less deep, detailed independent review coverage than some of Al Fakher's more thoroughly documented flavors like Mint or Two Apples. Available feedback consistently describes it as smooth, creamy, and refreshing, with the mint staying genuinely cooling while the cream adds sweetness rather than turning the flavor into a straight dessert profile. Several reviewers specifically call it a unique twist on mint rather than a variation they'd expected, and more than one buyer named it their new favorite after trying it.

Built on Al Fakher's Virginia tobacco base, this flavor produces the brand's characteristic smooth draw and thick clouds. This listing is the 10-pack format, ten individually sealed 50g portions totaling the same 500g weight as two standard tubs, a practical choice if you want to try this less-documented flavor without committing to a large tub upfront.
