The origin story for the Maduro is straightforward: it started as his own blend, smoked at home in Estelí at the end of the evening, before word of its flavor profile spread and demand made a commercial release inevitable. The Geniales is the second largest of the three Last Call Maduro sizes on Smokenza at 4.5 x 48. The name translates from Spanish as brilliant or outstanding, which is the kind of confidence it takes to put on a small cigar that costs less than seven dollars a stick. The construction is a parejo with a closed foot, a detail that distinguishes the Last Call from most premium handmade cigars.
